ASSA ABLOY Production Skellefteå AB, Megadoor, is part of the group and is located in Skellefteå, Sweden. We sell, develop, design, manufacture, and install world-leading large door solutions primarily for demanding environments. The Megadoor engineer develops customized solutions in areas such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, mining, and heavy industry.

Your tasks

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from order to customer handover. You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and functionality requirements. You lead both the technical and commercial aspects of the projects, including managing contracts, negotiations, and reporting to key stakeholders.

Your role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication and ongoing support, and you will be a key person in the development of sales of our solutions.

Your profile

To succeed in the role of project manager, we see that you have experience in managing and driving technical projects with budget responsibility and have a good technical understanding. You are accustomed to planning and solving problems methodically and efficiently while being meticulous and structured in your work. You have good communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Perhaps you have a degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. Experience from the construction or contracting industry and knowledge of contract management may also be advantageous. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have a strong personal drive and a solution-oriented approach. The position is full-time, and work will primarily take place in the office, but some travel may occur.
